Terms of Service

1. Description of Service

The Service is a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that, upon your authorization via Google OAuth 2.0, connects to your Google Workspace account (which may include Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Drive) to perform actions and retrieve information on your behalf, at your direction.

2. Eligibility and Authorization

By connecting a Google Account to the Service, you represent that:

  • You are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).

  • You have the authority to grant the requested permissions for the connected Google Account.

  • Your use of the Service complies with Google's own Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.

  • Access, or attempt to access, accounts or data you are not authorized to access.

  • Send unsolicited communications (spam) or engage in phishing.

  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or connected Google services.

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except where permitted by law.

4. Data Access and Google API Use

The Service accesses Google Workspace data only through scopes you explicitly authorize. Our collection, use, and sharing of that data is further described in our Privacy Policy. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials used to access the Service.

  • All actions taken through the Service using your authorized connection, including actions initiated via prompts, requests, or automation you configure.

  • Reviewing any content, emails, calendar events, or files created or modified by the Service before relying on them, particularly for outbound communications.

6. Service Availability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time without liability.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be secure, accurate, or free of errors.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Path and Planning LLC and its operator(s) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed [$100 / the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, typically $0 for a free tool].

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Path and Planning LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, including for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and revoke its access to your Google Account at any time via Google Account permissions.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
